1. Program Overview

The Top Humanizer Referral Program ("Program") is operated by Top Humanizer, based in Nairobi, Kenya. This Program allows registered referrers to earn commissions by referring new customers to our services.

2. Eligibility

2.1. Referrers must be at least 18 years old.
2.2. Must have a valid Kenyan phone number and M-Pesa account for commission payments.
2.3. Must be a resident of Kenya with proper identification.

3. Commission Structure

3.1. Referrers earn 10% commission on each successful subscription payment made by their referred customers.
3.2. Commissions are only paid for the first subscription payment of each referred customer.
3.3. Commission rates are subject to change with 30 days notice.

4. Payment Terms

4.1. Commissions are paid via M-Pesa.
4.2. Minimum payout threshold is KES 1,000.
4.3. Payments are processed within 7 business days after reaching the threshold.
4.4. All payments are made in Kenyan Shillings (KES).

5. Referral Links

5.1. Each referrer receives a unique referral link.
5.2. Referral links must be shared responsibly and ethically.
5.3. Spamming or misleading marketing practices are prohibited.

6. Prohibited Activities

6.1. Self-referrals are not permitted.
6.2. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
6.3. Making false or misleading claims about Top Humanizer services.
6.4. Manipulating the referral system in any way.

7. Term and Termination

7.1. Top Humanizer reserves the right to terminate any referrer's account for violation of these terms.
7.2. Top Humanizer may modify or discontinue the Program at any time.
7.3. Notice of Program changes will be provided 30 days in advance.

8. Tax Obligations

8.1. Referrers are responsible for their own tax obligations.
8.2. Top Humanizer will provide necessary documentation for tax purposes if required.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

9.1. Referrer data will be handled in accordance with Kenyan data protection laws.
9.2. Referrers must protect the privacy of their referred customers.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.

Step 3: Earn Commissions

When your referral subscribes to Top Humanizer, you earn a 10% commission on their first payment.

Step 4: Get Paid

Once your earnings reach KES 1,000, we'll send your payment directly to your M-Pesa account.
